Hotels participating in this year's program is based upon their ability to commit to the following per diem rates - up to $84 or up to $110 in specific areas of the San Francisco Bay area and Los Angeles. Seasonal changes in occupancy in many areas of the state necessitate that hotels communicate what months are unavailable.
